We offer our high pressure washing services in and around an approximate 10 mile radius of Cannock. This covers areas in and around Lichfield, Stafford, Walsall and Wolverhampton.

Yes, we ask that the area is clear for when we arrive. This is mainly due to our time-scales on jobs, and also we don’t want to be liable for breaking or damaging anything we are asked to move. If you can’t clear the area, please let us know prior to carrying out the work so this can be arranged. Please note: We may charge you extra for this, dependent on how long it takes, and we cannot be held responsible for any breakages that may occur.

Every job is different, and we will advise this when we quote. To give you an idea, a standard driveway or patio clean will take a couple of hours to clean, but of course, the bigger the area, the longer it will take to clean. Some cleans can take half a day, or a full day, or even two days! On average, we can clean up to 400m² per day. Plus, if we have to re-sand your area, this will be done on a different day when it’s dry.

We recommend cleaning driveways and patios every 12 months to keep them looking their best, and also safe to walk on. We cannot guarantee how long it is before weeds and moss will re-appear. We recommend weedkiller is applied every 3-6 months to help keep them at bay. If you live in an open area, for example if there are no trees or greenery surrounding your property, you will tend to get a longer lifespan. Weeds tend to form from above and not underneath, so it only takes a seed from a tree to blow on your area and into the joint, and you will have a weed appear! We offer all of our customers a FREE weedkilling service throughout the year, just call us out when required and we will come and weedkill your area at no extra cost!

There are a couple reasons for hiring a professional high pressure washing service rather than a DIY jet wash of your driveway or outdoor space.

The main reason is the performance of our machinery. Our machinery will remove all signs of weeds, moss and algae and restore your area back to its original condition with ease! Using a domestic pressure washer delivers very poor performance and where it could take you a couple of days to clean your area, it would only take us a couple of hours or so, and our results will be astonishing.

The other main reason is fatigue. It’s a physically demanding and filthy job. We often get called out to complete a clean, due to the customer being unable to finish, or lost interest half way through their attempt at cleaning their own area. So hire us and we will promise you a professional cleaning service at an affordable price with amazing results.

Weedkiller treatment is included in the price.

Not during the cleaning process; we only use water. However, if we are carrying out an oil stain treatment for example, then yes we will have to use a chemical to treat. We will advise when we quote your area.

Yes, we can remove some stains including oil and paint (dependent on surface and how long the stain as been on the surface). Obviously the sooner we treat the more of the stain can be completely removed. This will be advised on the initial visit.

Yes. The use of your water is reflected in our prices. Ideally we require an outdoor water tap, however if you haven’t got one, most of the time we can connect to an indoor supply to gain water. For commercial jobs, we can carry our own water if required.

Yes, we are fully insured.

Cleaning driveways and patios can be a very messy job during the cleaning process. We promise to leave your property clean and tidy as we originally found it, and we will also take away any bags of muck.
